REFERRAL PROCESS

Individuals are referred to the OTC from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the Veterans Administration and area school districts. Upon referral, an individual meets with an intake counselor to decide the most appropriate vocational program
