Dredge Materials

Sand 

Sand from dredging operations has been tested and blended to meet various N.J.D.O.T. specifications by Rutgers University.  Fill material meets I-13 and Zone 3, embankment D.O.T. standards.

Woodbury clay meets DEP standards (1 x 10 -7) permeability for liner and cap construction.
