		Occupational Training Center The Occupational Training Center (OTC) has been serving the tri-state business community since 1964. The O.T.C. is fully equipped to handle a variety of packaging and assembly jobs. Our spacious warehouse and loading area, with six loading docks, makes shipping and receiving of material effective and efficient.
