Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)



BCBA is responsible for assessing the needs of clients within day habilitation centers and residential group homes and developing individualized behavior programs accordingly.  Applicant will be required to monitor staffing teams to ensure client success by providing staff with on-site feedback and training.  Continuous monitoring of the client’s progress and plan is required, through analysis of behavioral data and assessments, providing clinical adjustments when necessary.  Responsible to ensure effective, thorough and timely written communication on all documentation.


Bachelor’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences is required
National certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience writing behavior plans.

Group Home Manager

Seeking caring and energetic candidate to manage two group homes for adults with developmental disabilities in Burlington County. Responsibilities include management of program operations, development of the budget, supervision of staff, and coordination of household and vehicle maintenance. Will perform all duties necessary to meet state-approved objectives and regulations. Coordinates and oversees consumers’ appointments and financial accounts. Develops and executes community and residential activities for consumers. Responsible for all administrative tasks, including, IHPs, internal and external communications, and coordinating employee training. Applicant must demonstrate compassion, empathy, and mutual respect for persons with disabilities. BA/BS Preferred. Two years of managerial experience required one of which involves the delivery of services to adults with developmental disabilities.

Day Program Technician

Seeking energetic and caring candidate for our Community Access Centers.  Position involves working one-on-one with an assigned individual with a disability and assisting them with their daily needs in program and community activities.  Plan, coordinate and transport individuals with disabilities to and from their residence and to and from various work or contract assignments throughout the day, bending and lifting. Duties include providing transportation in the community with non-ambulatory lift vehicles.



The OTC of Burlington County has an immediate opening for individuals to work in its food service operations at McGuire AFB.  Perform a variety of tasks involved in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.  Prepares dining and serving areas by setting up tables and counters.  Reconciles cash drawer at the start and end of shift.  Required to accurately handle monetary and meal card transactions for military and civilian personnel quickly and efficiently.  This is a full-time position with the days and hours varying including Saturday and Sunday.


Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Responsible for servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms, lavatories, and showers. Dust furniture or fixtures, walls, machines, equipment, and polish metal fixtures and trimmings. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Maintain accountability of assigned supplies and equipment utilizing them in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and per supervisors instructions. Follow cleaning schedules and complete assigned work in a timely fashion and to acceptable quality standards.

Group Home Direct Care Worker

Seeking caring and energetic individuals for Group Homes located in Willingboro, Burlington, and Marlton. Applicant will work with individuals with disabilities, assisting them with their daily needs in program and community activities. Duties include planning, coordinating and transporting individuals to and from their residence; to and from various work or contract assignments throughout the day; and assisting individuals as necessary in daily living skills. Work schedule will include weekends. Applicant must demonstrate compassion, empathy, and mutual respect for persons with disabilities.

Crew Labor Driver/Supervisor

Seeking individuals to work with developmentally disabled adults in completely various contract work assignments. Position involves assisting in the delivery of community activities, the development of vocational and interpersonal skills and transporting disabled individuals to and from work sites. Maintain daily records for each assigned individuals with disabilities. Work primarily outdoors on mobile crews, supervising and instructing individuals with disabilities in a work setting.  Requires 3 years experience or an associates degree.


Fleet Maintenance Mechanic – Recycling Division


Fleet Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for servicing of Company’s fleet of vehicles including compactors, automated arm trucks, heavy and light trucks, payloaders, bobcats, etc. Duties include: ensuring all vehicles are repaired in accordance with the safety and DOT/CSA regulations; conduct vehicle inspections; diagnosis malfunctions and perform corrective actions on engines, powertrains, suspensions, chassis, brakes, adjustments of control linkages, hydraulic systems, mechanisms, electrical accessories; performing on-road and in-shop repairs; and coordinating all repairs with the Fleet Maintenance Manager.


Position Requirements:

An in-depth knowledge and experience of diesel and hydraulic automotive, heavy truck principles and theories, record keeping, repair procedures and training methods used in servicing fleets of vehicles used by the recyclable collection and processing industry. Strong hydraulic/mechanical/electrical skills and an ability to diagnose and repair heavy equipment is essential. Must be able to withstand physical pressures of standing, walking, performing tasks that require manual and visual dexterity involved with heavy equipment service and repair. Ability to lift 50 pounds infrequently. ASE certifications in medium/heavy duty (T-series certifications) and Automotive HVAC certification preferred. Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. 

Class B Driver – Recycling Division

Seeking full-time Class B CDL drive with air brake endorsement to operate a collection vehicle with collection laborers in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and traffic rules and OTC vehicle operation and safety policies. Duties include: Perform pre/post trip inspections, and report any operating/safety issues; ensure all collection laborers use appropriate protective equipment; follow all collection routes and schedules in accordance with OTC collection service procedures; follow proper OTC procedures for scaling and unloading materials; and address customer service issues in a prompt manner. 

Position Requirements:

Must possess a class A or B commercial driver’s license with air brake endorsement. Ability to follow written instructions; read and use maps properly. Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
