VOCATIONAL SERVICES

The Occupational Training Center changes lives with services that enhance the personal abilities of individuals with disabilities, breaks down barriers to employment and helps those individuals realize their potential.

The OTC has become a leader in helping individuals realize brighter futures by providing a variety of services each year to over 750 individuals with physical, mental and emotional disabilities.
Through Consumer Based Planning and the development of an extensive vocational assessment program, we encourage individuals with disabilities to take an active role in charting their future. The vocational assessment of a person’s work skills and habits, interests, goals and work through situational assessment better empowers individuals to make informed training and career decisions and helps the O.T.C. to anticipate the needs of future consumers.

By constantly monitoring results of the services offered, the O.T.C. strives to provide the best training, vocational and rehabilitation services for the individuals with disabilities in our community.
