Created in 1964, the packaging and assembly department at O.T.C. was originally developed as a program to create job opportunities for disabled individuals in South Jersey. Since its inception, the packaging center has grown to a workforce of more than 135 trained workers and occupies 54,000 square feet of the O.T.C. main facility on Manhattan Drive in Burlington Township.
