Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides day-to-day medical support and ongoing care to individuals with disabilities in our Community Access Centers. Oversees all medical procedures. Will perform all duties necessary to meet state-approved objectives, including cooperating with the licensee and division state in any inspection or investigation. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in nursing
Two (2) to three (3) years of nursing experience
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Duties include lifting and bending


Vocational Case Manager

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Professional Services, applicant will assist in assessing the needs of the individual with disabilities to reach their maximum vocational potential, while monitoring and communicating the progress of the individual to the interdisciplinary team. Applicant must maintain compliance with all procedures and recordkeeping, provide individual and crisis counseling, and other duties as assigned. Position requires maintaining yearly certificates for training deemed mandatory by the OTC. Ensure effective thorough written communication on all documentation. Nights required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.
Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Experience as a job coach preferred


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBA is responsible for assessing the needs of clients within day habilitation centers and residential group homes and developing individualized behavior programs accordingly. Applicant will be required to monitor staffing teams to ensure client success by providing staff with on-site feedback and training. Continuous monitoring of the client’s progress and plan is required, through analysis of behavioral data and assessments, providing clinical adjustments when necessary. Responsible to ensure effective, thorough and timely written communication on all documentation.

Job Requirement

Master degree in behavioral sciences
National Certification (BCBA)
Four (4) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Two (2) years of experience writing behavior management plans
Duties include lifting and bending


Mechanic Level 1 – Recycling

This position supports the OTC Recycling Program/ Materials Collection. Responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of vehicles including compactors, automated arm trucks, heavy and light trucks, payloaders, bobcats, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 18 years of age.
Welding experience is a must.
Truck mechanic experience.
Hydraulic and Electrical experience.
Electrical schematic background preferred.
Must have your own tools.
Waste collection equipment knowledge will be a large plus for this position.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Must have a CDL B License and be able to maintain throughout employment or able to obtain within 90 days.


Maintenance Supervisor

Under the direction of the regional manager, manages all aspects related to the operations, maintenance, equipment, and repairs of all assigned buildings and grounds. Performs other work as required. 

Job Requirements:

Five-six years of experience in charge of the operation and maintenance programs of an institution or similar multi-building complex.
Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity
Knowledge of the principles of building management
Knowledge of the methods used to repair and maintain mechanical equipment
Knowledge of techniques, tools, and procedures used to conduct inspections of varied types of mechanical equipment.
Boiler Operators license
Ability to organize supervisory maintenance and repair work. 
Ability to supervise a diversified group of workers including individuals with disabilities
Maintain effective records 


Janitorial Supervisor

The janitorial supervisor works alongside, as well as, guides program participants and laborers at project locations. Execution of duties and responsibilities related to the custodial-janitorial contractions. The position is accountable for the supervision of staff, management of supplies, and security of worksite.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years in jantorial services
Ability to supervise disabled and non-disabled staff 


Job Coach (full time)

Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Seeking individuals to work with developmentally disabled adults in completely various contract work assignments. Position involves assisting in the delivery of community activities, the development of vocational and interpersonal skills and transporting disabled individuals to and from work sites. Maintain daily records of each assigned individuals with disabilities. Work primarily outdoors on mobile crews, supervising and instructing individuals with disabilities in a work setting. Requires 3 years experience or an associates degree


Day Program Technician (full time)
Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

Seeking energetic and caring candidate for our Community Access Centers. Position involves working one-on-one with an assigned individual with a disability and assisting them with their daily needs in program and community activities. Plan, coordinate and transport individuals with disabilities to and from their residence and to and from various work or contract assignments throughout the day, bending and lifting. Duties include providing transportation in the community with non-ambulatory lift vehicles.


Group Home Direct Care Worker (Part time/per diem)

Hours vary. Nights and Weekends required

Seeking caring and energetic individuals for Group Home located in Willingboro, Burlington, and Marlton. Applicant will work with individuals with disabilities, assisting them with their daily needs in program and community activities. Duties include planning, coordinating and transporting individuals to and from their residence; to and from various work or contract assignments throughout the day; and assisting individuals as necessary in daily living skills. Work schedule will include weekends. Applicant must demonstrate compassion, empathy, and mutual respect for persons with disabilities. Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
