In 1989, the OTC signed its first small custodial contract at the Hughes Justice Complex. Further growing to procure government custodial contracts on the municipal, county, state, and federal level. Sites include government facilities, such as offices, courthouses, police stations (for the state police and local departments), a 911 Call Center, the Joint Base, offices, and more. We service 360+ buildings throughout southern New Jersey (including two in Pennsylvania). Our custodial contracts have grown to include more than 40 locations, totally over 5 million square feet clean daily.

As a CIMS-GB (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) – ISSA Certified organization, the OTC offers customer-focused services, ensuring an environmentally friendly, green approach with the highest industry standard.
